Jewish Festivals/Chagim are Exciting! Our goal is get the students excited too by bringing out their beautiful story, history and and lessons in the most exciting hands on method. We call it "HANDS ON HERITAGE" ROSH HASHANAH Shofar factory - students make a read Shofar from goats horns. PESACH - Students make hand baked Matzah the ancient way and exciting interactive model seder. PURIM features a live purim play. CHANUKAH - students get to make olive oil from fresh olives at the scientific olive oil press workshop.

Every week, every student will receive one on one Hebrew reading time
Additional teachers are designated to each class dung the Hebrew portion of the program. They are the Hebrew Reading tutors, who will ensure students are reading accuracy and fluently.

All learning at GEMS Hebrew School is conducted in an exciting, engaging and hands on way as we understand the children are coming from a full day of school. Every lesson is comprised of at least one craft that illustrates the topic the students are learning and the lessons are conducted through engaging activities that makes every lesson and engaging and exciting.
